Hotel located one street over from the famous pedestrian street; Rua Augusta. Just a few minutes walk from Baixa-Chiado Metro station. Very walkable area. My room was large, spaced, light filled and immaculately clean, with a modern bathroom. I had a great 7 nights stay here. Front desk staff were so helpful and pleasant.

It has an elevator but the elevator does not go directly to the ground level which is important to point to people who need an accessible building but was good for me. I would recommend this place.

Great location. My room was good enough for me, and I had everything I needed. There is no food in the hotel but no problem, there is a lot of cafes and restaurants just a few step away. The hotel was under construction/ renovation but I didn’t hear anything about that. Love the staff who were very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Stayed for two nights. Had a super late checkin and staff communicated instructions to get in clearly and quickly. The room was excellent beds comfy and a lovely shower. Staff were amazing and so friendly, lovely stay overall. Location is right in the centre so easy to get around
