Didn't honour our reservation!!
We had booked online 5 days prior to arrival yet, upon trying to check-in, Karen informed us that she did not get an email, despite us showing our own confirmation email, and that it was "our problem" that we were now left with nowhere to stay. We were essentialy thrown out to the street despite having a booking because she is incompetent as a business owner.
Karen was incredibly rude about the whole thing, did not apologise, and did not offer to assist us in any way. Other people came to check-in shortly after us and they were given the room we had booked because they had "booked through a different website." We were appalled by this behaviour from someone running a business.
Avoid this place at all costs - you too might end up without a place to stay despite a legitimate booking!
