We had a nice stay at the hotel, and there were several things that impressed us. The staff were generally very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was definitely a highlight with plenty of variety and good quality. The view from the hotel was fantastic, and we really appreciated the pool bar, which added to the holiday experience.
However, there were some challenges that brought the overall experience down a bit. Some of the staff did not speak English very well, which made communication difficult at times. The hotel advertises having two restaurants, but there was actually only one, which felt misleading. There was also a faint smell of sewage in our room, which was unpleasant. Additionally, there were too few hooks in the room for hanging towels and other items, which made the room feel less practical. As for the food beyond breakfast, we felt the lunch and dinner menus could be significantly improved.
It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel’s location might be challenging for some guests. To reach Kata Center, Kata Beach, and Kata Noi Beach, you have to walk down a very steep hill. This makes it unsuitable for those with reduced mobility or strollers, and it can be tiring for many.
Overall, we had a good stay, but we hope the hotel works on these areas to offer an even better guest experience in the future.
