We had disappointment with several aspects of our recent stay at your hotel. Our visit was intended to be a special girls trip, celebrating the October birthdays of four moms away from children, and unfortunately, a series of issues significantly impacted our experience.
1.Room Change Without Adequate Notice: On the day of our check-in, we received an email stating that the room we had specifically booked was no longer available. Instead, we were offered a different room. This arrangement was inconvenient for our group, as we had paid more to ensure that each of us had separate beds. While we appreciate the 50% reimbursement, this unexpected change negatively affected our comfort during the stay, especially given that we were unable to make alternate arrangements due to our tight schedule
2. Lack of Hot Water: Upon returning to the hotel, we were surprised to find that there was no hot water. We were not informed of this issue prior to our arrival or during our stay, and it persisted into the following morning. This was especially inconvenient as we had planned to relax and prepare for a day of photos and sightseeing.
3.Poor Communication : There was the lack of responsive customer service. When we inquired about these issues, we were told multiple times that the front desk would pass along our concerns to management. However, despite these assurances, no one from management contacted us, leaving us with any resolution or assistance.
