I HAD A VERY BAD RIDICULOUS FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE & NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK SISERO-1 IN LITHA PARK, KHAYELITSHA, CAPE TOWN. SO MUCH THAT I ENDED UP ASKING THEM TO PAY MY MONEY BACK. THE PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONALLY RUN. WHEN I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE CARE TAKER OF THAT PLACE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED FOR THE NIGHT & WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT MY BOOKING FOR THE 16 NOV, WHICH I MADE & PAID FOR ON THE 3 NOV 2016 ALREADY & GOT A CONFIRMATION FROM HOTELS.COM - I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO SAY TO YOU & STOP SENDING ME THESE PROMOTIONAL EMAILS. THE CARETAKER EVEN OFFERED TO SACRIFICE HIS OWN ROOM FOR ME & HE WAS GOING TO SLEEP IN HIS CAR - I REFUSED TO USE A ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY USED BECAUSE IT WASNT FRESHLY PREPARED. THAT I WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AS YOUR CALL CENTRE COULD NOT ASSIST ME.
