The main issues: room had very little sound proofing. You could hear phone conversations in the rooms next door, sneezing, coughing, moving a chair, people in the hall, as well as any street noise (and I was on the 14th floor). Some nights this meant motorcycles or ambulances waking me up after midnight. Thankfully I didn't have bad neighbors, but if you get one, you'll be in for a bad time.
The other issue: a lot of things were either breaking or just needed to be refreshed. The mattress had a massive sinking spot on the right side, presumably where everyone tried to sleep. The thermometer looked like it was from the 80s and was impossible to set to a consistent temperature. I found myself having to manually adjust it every half hour just to keep it at a comfortable temperature. One day, it broke altogether and got hot in the room. One of the electrical outlets wasn't working, then another stopped working, then one of my keycards stopped working.
Everything else was good though. It was a nice amount of space. The wall next to the toilet was covered in something that clearly sprayed up and hadn't been cleaned. At first I thought it was urine. I'm still not sure. Either way, it should be cleaned...
