Uncomfortableness to stay here
We stayed here 3 night. The heater didn’t work on 1 st two night even they tried to repair it. It works on the 3rd night. The fan in bathroom didn’t work during time we stayed there. Towels were too old and torn. We have to walk up with our luggages b4 entering the elevator.

This hotel was good, and quite budget-friendly. It is located ~5 minute walk from the main Munich train station and close to several other subway stations. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff were excellent and seemed genuinely happy to help us out with any questions that we had. The hotel is also located within walking distance of the old town and several other tourist attractions.

Neighborhood takes away from the convenience
The hotel itself is nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel offers a few parking spots for a fee in a lot behind it otherwise it's either find a street spot or a parking garage. The hotel is also near the main train station and a few tram lines. It's only a 15-20 minute walk to the Marienplatz and that's pretty much where the convenience ends. The street the hotel is located on is in a section of the city that appears to be sketchy and predominantly middle eastern. The noise is level is extremely high and doesn't taper off until 2 or 3 am. We had to leave halfway through our stay because no one was able to get more than 4 hours of sleep each night due to the shouting, fighting, and loud music.

Great place to stay: very friendly staff, handy to cafe restaurants and train station, the most impressive thing is there is a kettle in the room with complimentary tea and coffee supplied. But there is no air-conditioning and only a fan. Fortunately, it was 14-25 degree when we were staying.

Definitely not a recommendation for family. Area is not suitable for family stay. Hotel is absolutely inflexible on late checkout even if it about 30-45 minute late. Very poor service and not recommended

Our family liked how nice the staff was. The hotel is in a little bit of a seedy area but we never felt unsafe. The hotel lobby could use a bit of remodeling. We could tell they had renovated the breakfast area. The breakfast was not your typical USA style breakfast but they did have eggs on Sunday. Cold meats, cheeses, rolls, olives, pickles, tomatoes, juices, tea, coffee, cereal, etc. It was a good pick-me-up to start the day. There were 2 adults and 2 teens in the room. We each had our own bed and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The bathroom on has a sink and really nowhere to put your belongings. Only a shower...no bathtub. Fridge never really got cold enough. Overall we would stay there again. They just need to tweak a few things.
