Just passing through back to Bayor!
Been a great stay! We checked in very late and the gentleman at the front counter called me personally to ensure we were still on our way, which was very kind. He was extremely helpful and pleasant from the very beginning. The room was very clean and tidy. It’s along the freeway so there is some noise, but that’s just where the location is located and you know that going into it. Earplugs deaden it all if that’s a problem. It’s not their fault. Room was very nice and tidy. We would easily stay there again and the price was excellent for the area as our options were limited with steel plant turn arounds happening. Had no idea there was a continental breakfast too in the morning. We’ve stayed at hotels twice the price not as nice and clean. Hope that helps others in the their choice. Our experience was wonderful!

Disgusting
The hotel room was dirty, had bed bugs and smelled like cat urine. I happily paid the nightly rate just so I could immediately leave and drive 20 minutes to a different hotel.

Ridiculous that the night 'window' clerk/owner(?) has limited English and cannot understand that a family of 3 would prefer 3 towel sets. Pressed the issue twice after returning again to the night 'window' only to not communicate again and be handed a BATH MAT to use. Told it was truly a towel for "body cleansing." Too road weary at 11:30pm to try a third time. Aarrgghh. Ridiculous. Ice machine conveniently out of order... Sink bowl was clean but the 1-cup coffee maker countertop area was dusty and hair dryer dusty and grimy. Definitely chose not to use it. Wiped down what we could with Kleenexes. Didn't want to use the 1/2 roll of toilet paper we were gifted. No thanks. Bedsheets thankfully were clean although blanket and bedspread had cigarette burns. A/C was luckily working pretty well after a couple hours, as well as the mini fridge. Yay! Got a couple hours of needed shut-eye although too firm for us, and the 3 of us had a warm shower with 2 out of 3 thin towels. We've read nice reviews BUT all-in-all for us we did not feel welcome nor appreciated. Sad. The owners appear to run a very tight, somewhat skimpy, limited budget and give guests little choice but to do without. With this @#$&! inflation, we're unable to stay at our usual next level 2** hotels on a longggg 2,000 mile road trip at 2x the price today vs 2 years ago! Also very sad and disgusting. ... Do you hear me Washington??!!

The minute that we open our vehicle door swarms of mosquitoes flew inside. And then, of course, they flew inside our room. Which had rust everywhere, including on the luggage rack! Which was covered with rust!

3 or 4 mosquitoes rushed inside the room as soon as I opened the door to my room. I did have mosquito bites. Lots of mosquitoes outside the property. It was fairly quiet for being very close to interstate and truck stop across the street. Everything else was average or less. The person at the check-in was helpful. The best part was convenient to the interstate.
