all the rooms are upstair, room are spacious and clean, but located in a small alley with no light, picture of the frontdoor is a lot different from the picture. there are alot of same standard hotel (with much better lobby and even with sea view) in close location with the same price we paid. --this was the main reason why we have given a relatively lower rate in gerenal.

Great location
This was the cheapest place we could find in Kenting. We booked last minute and it got the job done. 5 minute walk from the beach. Staff is non existant which as fine for our 2 night stay. They don't clean your room -plenty of soap, shampoo, tooth brushes -refrigerator -great location -on the same street as the night market (ask for a room not on the Main Street) -soft bed -great internet connection

일단 여기에 나와있는 건물 입구 사진이랑 실제 건물이 다릅니다!! 그래서 숙소 찾을때 바로 앞에 두고 헤맸던 기억이 나네요 그리고 숙소에 대한 정보 예를 들어 체크인, 체크아웃 시간이나 이용관련 규정들이 있으면 좋을텐데 건물안에는 걍 아무것도 없어요 그리고 방문이 엄청 허술해요 밖에서 실삔으로 몇번 시도하면 열릴거 같은 문이에요 숙소 방문은 어떻게 보면 바깥문처럼 튼튼하고 잠금장치도 잘되있어야 하는데 그냥 옛날 우리나라 방문 처럼 손잡이 가운데 눌러서 잠그고 열쇠로 따는 형태에요 혼자 여행가시면 좀 무서울수도 있어요

Stay away
Owner does not speak English, his son helped us with the check in. He 'tried' to be friendly, however he answered every question we asked with an arrogant attitude. Everything looked to hard for him and the rest of our stay we saw him laying on the couch. Our room was on street side, although we were not next to night market..we could hear and smell it. Furthermore, there is a temple behind the hotel..so beware of the 6am pray. Room was old and smelled like old. Bathroom is really moist and no showercurtain caused a constant soaking wet bathroom. The location was convenient..that was the only plus.

差勁
首先，我們一家有小朋友入住，房號是4xx，沒錯是4樓，可是要提著行李走樓梯到4樓，沒電梯！到了房間一進去房間沒光線不舒服，而且有一股氣味，再來空調18度也只是微微的涼風，門窗的鎖是壞掉的，很沒安全感。其次一出門外地上都是雀的糞便，滿地都是，抬頭一看有幾十隻雀在頭頂上。以上完全屬實，感覺差勁！！

地理位置非常好、員工很友善
地理位置十分好，我們的房間也沒有太嘈。 但整潔以及房間質量實在不太好。 但在墾丁大街真的不能要求什麼。 如果只想要一個地方睡的話，這裡會是一個很好的選擇。

墾丁大街靠近麥當勞那頭，房間的品質乾淨舒適，四人房和兩人房都算中上。 最近墾丁大街人潮超多，幸虧有配合的收費停車場(一次一百飯店吸收)，服務人員態度也很和善。 沒有附早餐，奉勸來墾丁玩的人先去買小杜包子或是去恆春或四重溪泡湯吃過後再來，墾丁大街的消費越來越貴了！以墾丁大街上的民宿而言，這間飯店有80分！
