Our room was really nice and the staff were great. The hotel itself could do with a lick paint and the stair carpet needs replacing.But that did not stop us having a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again

Enjoyed my stay. An interesting old building, a bit of a rabbit warren with lots of doors, stairs and little corridors to get to the rooms. The room was a bit tired, basically clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit noisy with some kind of fan or engine outside the window, but otherwise fine for a short stay. Location was good.

this was our 3rd time visiting & we are still going to come back again. its an old building with en suite bedrooms. rooms are comfortable, location is right on the harbourside. food is very good & breakfast is very good too. staff are out of this world. I wouldn't recommend for people with walking disabilities or are in a wheelchair. dogs are welcomed at this property. Laura & Kennedy are the names of 2 of the staff I can remember at the moment but the others are very good too.
