特に不便なく快適に滞在出来ました スタッフの方も良い対応をして下さいました 連泊でハウスキーピングをお願いしたかったのですが、ドアノブにサインを出しても対応して頂けず残念でした 朝食アイテムが少なかった、ランドリーが故障で利用できず困りました

The room had been recently renovated, and it was nice and clean. The entire property is going through renovation and we saw the crew working as we were going into the room. You can also smell the paint and other materials. The crew was even working early morning on Saturday. Once the renovation is completed the property will probably look great and will make the stay more enjoyable.

Place is undergoing major renovations. Hotels.com should have disclosed this during the booking process. The service employees at the hotel are extremely friendly.

The hotel is being renovated, which is badly needed. But I only found out about the renovations when checking in. Was placed in a room where the entire hallway was being torn apart. Loud construction noises all day in the hallway and the rooms right next door. Not sure why they'd put anyone in that hallway.

This hotel was under remodeling which was not reported online and was in terrible condition and cleanliness. I have stayed at hotels before being remodeled that were in much better shape than this one. Also stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check us in which after traveling all day was not the experience I hoped for at 10:00PM.

The site is a little busy but it is adjacent to an airport and the interagency fire center. The location is under renovations, and a little dusty because of it, but the improvements will be great and the staff is SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! I found this location to be nice overall and very convenient. Perfect for a road trip stopover.

Front desk gave my husband attitude when he asked for a 3rd key. Room is very dirty and in disrepair of unfinished renovation, dirty floors, dirty walls have paint splatter and grime everywhere, missing baseboards, paint splatters all over bed headboards, broken bedside lamp, smoke detectors taped off unsafe and code violation, no bar or hooks to hang clothes or towels on. Lobby is very dusty dirty with construction dust, paper covering bare floors. My allergies are going crazy from the construction dust. Very disappointing especially when I paid top dollar for this room and the rating is so high. I would expect a discounted rate for a stay in a dirty dusty unsafe construction zone! Breakfast is practically inedible. This place is a total joke and is very misrepresented by hotels.com. I actually complained to hotels.com and reported the hotel to the Boise fire marshal. God forbid it catches fire and kills people. Was given a measly 15% discount credit towards another hotel. Could not recoup any of my $240 paid for the room.

They are renovating right now. I understand that is a process, but we were put in a room that was super dirty and halfway through the project. There was dirty pillowcases left on our bed and the floor was not swept or vaccumed. Not sure if all the rooms were like this or just ours. Im sure this place will be great after it is renovated but right now it is a pass.

Got this place at the last minute late at night. So glad they had a room for us. I just want to say one thing….this hotel is “under construction”.!! If you consider staying here, they are trying to upgrade the whole place, but when we arrived , the flooring was pulled up on all 3 floors and wallpaper was being installed. I think they should have indicated so at the time of registering and maybe offering a considerable discount for the inconvenience. That being said, hopefully in the near future, their facility will be great. Our rooms had some remodeling down and the bathroom and shower were very nice. The flooring in our room was also updated and nice, bed was comfortable, pillows were very small for our king bed. Call and ask about the condition of things before you sign up.
