Os funcionários muito bom atendimento, sobre a reserva no site nao especificava que tinha que pagar o estacionamento na hora fora que a garagem que guardava o veiculo fica a 3 quadras do hotel , quarto velho ligava o ar tremia toda a janela barulho horrivel , sem condição nem uma de dormir tendo ate msm que dormir com o ar desligado , porta velha com problema na chave toda hora , frigobar velho com problemas no uso , iluminação ruim , lampadas queimadas , elevador de péssimo servico .

Pegamos um final de semana de carnaval onde o hotel estava com lotação máxima e além de ter apenas dois elevadores, eles não funcionavam direito, em algumas das vezes chegamos a ficar mais de 30min para conseguir descer do 11º andar. Lâmpadas do quarto estavam queimadas, então a noite tivemos que usar lanterna do celular. Calor de 35ºC e o ar condicionado simplesmente não estava funcionando. O café da manhã era uma delícia, pena que demorava quase 20min para conseguirmos nos servir por conta da fila de pessoas, acredito que isto se resolveria colocando passagem para os dois lados do buffet. Outra situação foi em relação ao estacionamento, pois foi impossível conseguir contato com o hotel antecipadamente para saber sobre a disponibilidade das garagens e então tivemos que reservar um estacionamento mais longe e mais caro, o que poderia ter sido evitado se o hotel tivesse um contato de WhatsApp da recepção, pois ao falar com um atendente da rede, a resposta foi apenas para que procurássemos no Google maps, sem nos dar nenhum suporte. O quarto em si era muito bom, cama, banheiro e a vista linda. A maior frustração foi com o elevador e ar condicionado.

Fui tirar a prova real e realmente o hotel é ruim
Li vários comentários negativos e não queria acreditar, mas realmente o hotel é ruim. Percebi que há dois tipos de quarto: os reformados e os que não passaram por reforma. Os não reformados estão em condições horríveis, com toalhas manchadas e encardidas, mofo por toda parte e um banheiro mal limpo, precisando urgentemente de manutenção. O atendimento não é muito profissional, e o café da manhã é simples. Infelizmente, talvez por ser época de Carnaval, havia uma fila enorme para o café da manhã. Além disso, o hotel tem apenas dois elevadores em funcionamento, que não dão conta da demanda. Com 15 andares e cerca de 20 apartamentos por andar, isso se torna um grande problema. O único ponto positivo foi a localização.

O hotel que já teve o melhor café da manhã está decadente. Toalhas de péssima qualidade, desgastadas. A televisão não estava funcionando. Só tinha um elevador funcionando. As ruas estavam fechadas e foi difícil chegar, passamos um sufoco. Deveriam ter mandado um aviso.
