Everything was very clean, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room 204 needs painting on the inside of the bathroom door. The paint is chipped and peeling. The couch and chair cushions need repairing. They are torn and a zipper is broken so the foam is showing. The state of this furniture does not match the quality of the rest of the hotel

Dad, mom, baby refused service over Christmas.
REFUSED service. ANTI-Family policy
Reservation was made on the hotels.com app while travelling to visit family over Christmas with my wife and one month old son. When we arrived at the hotel, we were road weary and ready for a bed and a place for our baby after 10 hours of driving. The front desk clerk was rude and stated the hotel doesnt honor reservations for those under 21. My wife and I are both 20. We are old enough to work, pay our own bills, serve our country, vote, etc. But were refused a room.
There was no written policy seen supporting this and we were told the hotel owner made this policy and it wasbalso abcorporate policy. We were told the hotel reservation which was pre-paid was nonefundable.
We called Wyndham corporate number and were given another room at another hotel nearby. Hotels.com was able to get us a refund the following day amd was very helpful.

Service advertised but not provided
Hotel does not offer Fox channel, unable to watch the World Series.
Hotel offered breakfast from 6-9, however wit was not served until 7am the morning i checked out. Did not get breakfast.
