The staff was excellent! The parks (Disney) were a little further away than I thought but the shuttle service was great. We decided an Uber was best for our situation and only cost about 1,300 yen ($9-$11 usd) plus after a 12 hour day of walking the park you just want to get dropped off at your front door. We had a good experience overall and would recommend.

Area around the hotel is nice and quiet. It’s about 10-15min walk from the closest train station (JR Shin-Urayasu), but they provide Morning and Evening shuttle bus that goes to JR Shin-Urayasu station, Disneyland and DisneySea, which is very convenient.

Clean. Friendly staff. Location is convenient for Disney if you don’t want to spend much. Shuttle offered starts at 7:30am, which I’m sure for most is great, but not early enough for us so we got an Uber. Not the comfiest of beds/rooms, but good value for what we paid. Immediate location has nothing within 10 mins walk, but a mall with a few shops, supermarkets and lots of fast food places is just 15 mins walk away.

Hotel requested to check out at 10:00am. You need to pay extra cost if you want to extend to 11:00am. The air conditioner is noisy and affect your sleeping quality.

People are very nice, they will help you the best they can if you don’t speak Japanese. But there are some front desk workers that can speak English. I would still recommend using google translate or some kind of translation app. Also if you don’t want to walk use DiDi or go taxi app. I prefer DiDi

The main train station and bus station is 10-15 minute walk. Free transportation to that station via shuttle service. Always go early for the shuttle, it does fill up! Full grocery store at this station as well as a mall with anything you could need :-) The breakfast was delicious every day at our hotel and helped us start our day on a positive note. The front desk also was able to call a taxi a few times and our wait was less than 5 minutes.

Economical stay
The hotel offers free bus service to Shin-urayasu station and Disneyland and Disneysea in the morning. The pickup in the evening is difficult to find and there are only 3. The first room i was assigned had a great view of Disney. The room had a funny smell. I called reception and they moved me to another room. The customer service and room amenities were great. The bed was hard and squeaked. I had stayed in this hotel 2 times before and always had a good experience. The mini shop on the ground floor was great and convenient.

The staff were polite and helpful. The facilities were clean. The toiletries were DHC, good quality products. They had a shuttle to the station and to Disneyland. There were options for restaurants and shopping centers within a walkable distance. They could have provided guests with water. It had to be purchased from a vending machine, in house shop area or convenience store. It would have been nicer to have shuttle service throughout the day rather than just in the mornings and late evenings. The only option available was a smoking room but it wreaked of smoke. It would have been nice if they freshened the air. There was an air purifier but it kept getting turned off when I was out of the room.

직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고 방도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 가격도 적당해서 가성비 있게 잘 이용했어요. 디즈니랜드 셔틀버스도 운행하고 다음날 공항 가시는 분들은 아침에 신우라야스역 까지도 셔틀 가니까 참고하세요. 전자레인지 층마다 있고 코인세탁실도 있습니다. 개꿀.. 편의점이 좀 멀긴한데 자전거 한시간 무료로 빌릴 수 있어서 진짜 개꿀이어요. 자전거 꼭 빌려보세요.
