**Overall, the room was good! A mom with two teenagers, aged 14 and 16!**
**Reception:**
Generally difficult because there isn't always someone at the reception! We receive a code for the entrance door of the building and a code for our own room doors! So once check-in is done, the rest is simple!
**Bed and Bedding:**
Clean and simple, the beds are adequate. No cleaning service during the stay, but unlimited towels, so it was perfect for us!
**Kitchen:**
Be aware that there are no dishes available except for 2 glasses and 2 cups! No pan, no pot, no utensils, no toaster! Only a microwave, a small coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer!
**Noise and Light:**
Lots of noise, lots of light. We travel with eye masks and earplugs, so the noise and light didn't bother us much, and we were on the side opposite the street, so the noise was a bit less noticeable!
**Location:**
The location is perfect, right in front of the beach and in the middle of the two large piers! Lots of homeless people, but no safety issues! They don't bother tourists! My 14-year-old son even bought a lot of food and walked among them at night to give it out, and it was super cool! That's the beauty of California—the mix between the beach, homelessness, and luxury!
