Hotel lobby and common areas are currently being renovated. I am rehabbing an ACL reconstruction, and I booked the hotel because it had a fitness center with bikes and treadmills. There was no mention of renovation on hotels.com or Hyatt website.

Awesomeness
We came in for Concert for Carolina a much needed date night for me and my wife and to also get out of Asheville area away from all the hard hit areas and feel normalcy. We were allowed to check in early and front desk staff was on point and very friendly and welcoming. The over night clerk was also very friendly as we came in very late from concert helped us with some snacks and let me use the microwave to heat some pizza up. Thanks for adding to our childless stress free night away from home.

Great location
We visited to attend a concert at the Spectrum Arena. Everyone was super nice. The location was perfect. The room was clean. We ate dinner on the roof before the concert. I gave it a 4 because the restroom in the common area (10th floor lobby) was not clean. I used it at check in and checkout and it was really dirty both times and the hotel was not that crowded….
