First of all, part of the reception staff were indifferent and cold, but the majority were ok.
Secondly, the room was average, a bit crowdy for 3 guests, but managable. Some of the rooms have full functionality of the smart tv connectivity features , while other have partial to none. Staff does not even recognize the aforementioned issue, until shown - would advise the GM to review rooms with his maintenance manager with a checklist, before releasing for room block for reception.
Furthermore, the elevators should be checked generally or specifically for card scanner functionality, as more often then not, they fail to move and display "blockada" even for fresh and good room cards.
In regards to breakfast, all is nice and tasty, while here and there tomatoes and cucumbers were clearly recycled for more than just one or two meals.
