My wife-to-be and I recently stayed at this resort for an 8 night stay during May. It was my first time in Mauritius, and my wife’s second time. We are always nervous when booking hotels as I am vegetarian and she is vegan, so we have specific dietary requirements which not may hotels cater to appropriately. From the moment we booked to the moment we arrived as the staff went above to beyond to understand our requirements and ensure they were prepared before we arrived.
When we arrived we were stunned by how lovely the resort was. The hotel, grounds, gardens, facilities, and the beautifully pristine private beach took our breath away. We booked a Junior Suite with a Garden View, however we were still able to see the beach and ocean from our room. The rooms are situation in lovely French-colonial style villas spanning the stretch of the beach. The room was amazing, it was spacious, tastefully designed, and with a very generously sized bathroom. Room service was excellent, our room was thoroughly cleaned at least twice a day and they always made our room smell lovely. The butler service to the room was a lovely touch, and is complimentary too. Our butler Ravi was very attentive. He made the effort to spoke to us everyday and made sure we had everything we needed no matter what the request.
Moving on to the restaurants, they were all fantastic. We tried each one at least once. Our favourites were Simply India and Floating Market. Each night, the chefs would greet us and f
