Hi the room was very nice but they have tile flow no carpet tile everywhere and the room in the bathroom I had a handicap room on the floor from the from the shower was flat so that the water ran out from the shower to the floor because of the tile with no blockage of the drain to block the water from the shower to the room so I kind of like almost slipped and because of the water running but the room is clean the TV didn't really have a few channels and the refrigerator in the microwave it was okay so for the price and it was okay

honest weekend stay review

I stayed here for the weekend and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The rooms were extremely dirty and outdated — everything felt neglected and in need of a serious update and deep cleaning. No one came by to offer fresh towels or to clean the room the next morning. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would never stay here again.

Horrible, do not stay here

The first room was dirty, drawers had dirty underware and socks. Complained. Given another room that was full of cockroaches. Badly maintained rooms. Cable would drop constanly, couldnt watch anything for more than 30 minutes. Pool was closed. Restaurant was closed permanently. A/C in foyer wasnt working. Incredibly disappointing overall.

I don't recommend it

This hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately, its facilities are run down. As soon as you enter the reception area, you're hit with a terrible shock. There was no air conditioning, but they'd installed a fan, with decor from a thousand years ago. The room was apparently organized and clean, with three beds, excellent for my family group. The sheets were clean, but the mattresses had no protectors. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. There was no hot water; after hours, the water only came out hot. The first night, I didn't sleep at all because someone was smoking marijuana outside the room, and there were also people talking and laughing. The police arrived. Add to that the noise from the air conditioning. It was devastating.

Traveling since I was six this was the worst propert I have ever walked in mold all over the place Plywood for dinning table Extension cords at the lobby floor That is not a hotel hotel.con should visit the properties they advertise before posting I walked in with my child and walked right out I threw out his clothes because he sat on bed I video everything and sent to wife so she would not come We went straight to front desk to give key back And refund they said contact hotels.com I could not contact property manager And the hotel.com contact agent said they would resolve Then nothing And they charged full stay They said if we cancell we have to pay first day We didn’t stay and they charged for the whole stay Unacceptable

The worst hotel in the world

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The building is extremely old, with parts of the ceiling falling apart. The beds were broken and uncomfortable, and the walls were filthy. The neighborhood was very unsettling, and every night, there were no available parking spaces. To make matters worse, my security deposit has not been refunded, and they charged my card. The building was also filled with long-term residents who gave us unsettling looks, making us feel unsafe. We spent our time there in fear and anxiety. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pictures are absolutely deceiving

The photos of the rooms, lobby, etc are from when it was originally built (in the 70s/80s?). The rooms anf place are run down, was not expecting that at all. Would not stay here again, I'd sleep in the car. Would not recommend to anyone.

Could use a facelift for the price.

This is a really old hotel. The staff were nice enough but there are no ice buckets or in room blow dryers. We were put in the back next to a dumpster and big street light. It could use some sprucing up. We rented it to be close to the tracks but there are nicer places for an extra $100.

Worst experience of my life

I honestly can’t say anything positive about my experience here. It resembles a condemned building inhabited by the homeless. Took one look at it and requested a refund which I was promptly refused. The guy at reception didn’t care, seems he gets this request often. I’d consider sleeping in the car than here!

Hotel não condiz com as fotos

O hotel não tem nada ver com as fotos. Eles colocam um lugar bonito, iluminado mas chegando lá, o local é totalmente mal cuidado, abrigando várias pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade. O quarto com geladeira enferrujada e cheiro muito forte de mofo. As janelas não abriam e havia muita barata pequena. O atendimento da recepção é péssimo. Jamais pensei em viajar para os EUA e ficar em um hotel assim. Infelizmente, não posso expressar devidamente o quão decepcionante é esse hotel por que a plataforma não aceitaria e, infelizmente, não li as avaliações antes de fechar, já que foi uma viagem de última hora. Não recomendo e jamais voltaria.
