Even for Eastern European standards this hotel is a disappointment.
We booked the biggest room available. During check in, we were told that the kitchen were still open for at least 30 minutes.
Arriving at the room it wasnt clean and ready. Back to the reception we were told that no futher rooms in this catagory were available. We were then given a standard room, fair enough, this can happen. Sadly the standard room was not that clean either, especially the bathroom was dirty.
Heading down to the restaurent we were told that the restaurent were closed and that the chef had left the building. The reason being that he had worked a lot due to a group of people visiting the restaurent that evening.
The hotel is located at a main street, lots of traffic, outside the city center and in an area you dont want to work around in.
Conclusion. Find a better hotel, this is nowhere close to be a 4 star hotel.
