Quiet oasis in the heart of Rome
All the staff at the hotel were exceptional, ready to help with any plans or needs. We took a pasta making class with their chef and made carbonara, which was delicious and so much fun! The spa was complimentary and it was so relaxing, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all included as well as some tea and fruit to enjoy after. We did a couples massage for a fee and it was heavenly! I highly recommend this hotel!

We got in late due to a flight delay. I notified the hotel I would be checking in late. When I got there they sold my room I prepaid for and said it was non-refundable since I booked through Expedia. They offered to send me to their sister property a few blocks away. They helped roll my luggage to the other property in the middle of the night and the wheel broke on my luggage. The lady at the front desk said she would talk to management about complimentary massages due to the issues. We got massages the next day, but were charged for them at checkout. I asked them to look into this charge and they never got back to me.

Excellent spa and breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful. The airline lost our luggage and the airline helped track it down and made calls on our behalf. This was especially helpful because the companies were italian (Italian phone numbers, language). They provided great food recommendations and were just overall very helpful. We would stay there again!
