The property is fine. There is no elevator which is a first world problem. It said breakfast was available. The breakfast room was full of TV boxes. There was a half gallon of milk and cereal though! No coffee. The staff was absent. I only saw an attendant if I rang a bell. They double charged me for the room and tried to argue I didn't pay through expedia even though I presented my receipt. My CC company took care of that. The rooms are clean and the area was quiet.

Awful experience fir family emergency
Unable to communicate with staff, no elevator to 2nd floor and no assistance to take luggage up but has a cart. No one at desk because the check in person is also the cleaner. No one to answer phone, room was not cleaned for next night unable to get clean towels, called and called for 20 min to discuss check out no one answers then wants to charge you if your s minute after check out time or they enter the room with thier master key when someone tells them at the door the person was in the shower. Terrible experience and there were only a handful of rooms being used. When checking out was told yes check out when you open the door to leave because she was cleaning the room and not at desk , could not get her to go to desk to get receipt stay and confirm what’s being charged then charged more. Very unhappy
