Comfy stay
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel it was very comfortable when I wanted to stay in the room again for two more nights it wasn't difficult to get the staff was averagely friendly my room was very clean and my floor had noise but it wasn't something I couldn't deal with so all in all it was a good day and around the time I went it was a good price my only pet peeve was that the bathroom shower door did not close and sharing the balcony

Beautiful experience
It was our first time in Brooklyn. We stayed for the weekend to see a concert down the street. The stay was very welcoming and the staff was quite accommodating. The view was amazing absolutely stunning hotel for a weekend stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, I think the bathroom was also quite nice and spacious. All in all I would 100% book another night if I could have.

Sunna the Saint!
So, this is an amazing respite location. As soon as you get on site, you feel the calm yet deliberate vibe of the place. We had arrived early and were changing our reservation completely. Sunna, at the front desk , guided me through the whole process of changing the reservation and removing etc. the whole thing was seamless! She even helped us with a pain free and discreet check in. After traveling for hours and wandering into Brooklyn’s Frontier, it was a much welcomed and very well managed stay. Recommended!

I stayed here twice. The first room was very nice with a great balcony. Great experience. The second room was on the ground floor. Felt creeped out having such a big window overlook the sidewalk.

Love this hotel!
I had a great stay at Nova Hotel which exceeded my expectations. Our 6th floor room had floor to ceiling windows with a great city view at night, and a Brooklyn sunrise to wake up to. Room was impeccably clean, comfy bed and linens, nice shower with all necessities provided. Assortment of complimentary coffees and beverages available in the well appointed lobby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, particularly an associate named Sam, and a manager named Ray. Nova hotel is also perfectly located, just one short block from the subway. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a fine place.
Would say that this is a fine place to stay. Room was small but fine. Balcony but nothing to sit on. The room was not swept well so some debris on the floor which was also true of the halls. The mice traps around the hallways also didn’t set a great tone. I think they are just opening so time will tell.

Excellent Stay at Nova Hotel – Highly Recommended
I booked this hotel for my trip to New York, and I can only recommend it. The rooms are exceptionally clean, surprisingly spacious for New York standards, and tastefully furnished. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The lock on the room I received at check-in wasn’t working properly—not a major issue, but despite already having taken a nap and a shower, they immediately offered me a new room. This level of service truly impressed me. The hotel is just a short 3-minute walk from the L Train subway, which takes you to Manhattan in about 10 minutes, an extremely convenient location. The price-performance ratio at this hotel is unbeatable. I truly hope they maintain these fair prices in the future, and I will definitely stay at Nova Hotel again on my next visit to NYC!

Served its purpose.
Hotel seems under construction. Lots of painting and plastering issues. Staff was super friendly. Bed was clean and room seemed like some things were new others needed sprucing up. Furniture had some peeling. Still confused as to what is going on. Lots of air fresheners in hallways. Rate was affordable

Nice hotel….under construction
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a room with a balcony which was nice even though it was winter. The only problem was that my key card kept malfunctioning. It was only good for one use and then I’d have to go to the front desk for a new one. I didn’t put it near anything magnetic so I’m not sure why that kept happening. Either way, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is near the subway and a few deli's and was a great stay for the price.

No tv remote. Big hole in wall by tv. Tv was tiny. Couldn’t use it anyway. Cold in the room. Stayed in two different rooms. One was nice on a high floor. Other one was ground floor which was uncomfortable.
