Best part of our stay was the staff. All of the women who are wait staff are wonderful! Our wrangler Macey was terrific and we had a great 2 hour horseback ride. Joe our guide for the sunrise tour through Grand Teton went out of his way to make sure we had a spectacular time! The grounds and food are nice but it’s the staff and the extras that are the best!

Awesome ranch in an unspoiled valley in WY. Great staff, friendly, accommodating and made you feel at home. Central to our treks to Yellowstone & Tetons.

A Slice of Heaven
First, the property itself is set with the stunning backdrop of the Grand Tetons. The cabins are lovely and spacious with luxury touches in the bedding and bath. All of the cabins are steps from the river and an easy, beautiful drive to either national park if the spirit moves you. The ranch offers a wide array of adventure options as well as the stunning backdrop from which you can sit and read a book. Next, the food is next level from the hearty country breakfasts to the diverse, large portion options for dinner and drinks on the patio is a must. Lastly, and most importantly, every staff member goes out of their way to treat you as part of their family. They ask questions about your trip or you day and make you feel as if you are home. From the owners on down, the staff is top notch and welcoming.

6/10 Good

Road south of property was in terrible condition with many ruts and potholes. Meals were good. Mosquitoes were awful. Housekeeping was not up to par. There was no explanation upon booking that there would be a 15 percent gratuity charge for the entire bill upon leaving. Cabin was adequate but small. Cabins were in a long line with parking available only at one end.

My husband and I and some friends stayed in this property for 3 nights at the end of our Yellowstone trip. This was our favorite part of the trip. The location is beautiful with views of the Tetons in the distance. The property is quiet and peaceful. Our days were spent horseback riding and fishing. We rented an ATV one day and drove 45 miles into the mountains with the most gorgeous vistas. The staff at the Turpin are all so friendly and ready to please. We felt at home, made some acquaintances and shared stories. The food was excellent for all our meals. We ate onsite as there were not close restaurants nearby but this was fine for us. It was the perfect ending for a perfect getaway. We would definitely return again and recommend to others wishing to see that part of the country. We loved the Turpin Ranch!

Exceptional stay near Grand Teton
We had an excellent 3-night stay at one of the cozy cabins. The staff was super helpful, and the service is impeccable. Food was fantastic, and we didn’t have any bad meals there. As breakfast was included, they made an effort to change up the items daily — chocolate pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon/sausages, country fried steak, potatoes, pastries, etc. Yum! It certainly satisfied my 7-month pregnant belly. My husband loves their drinks, steaks, prime ribs, desserts, and he even had a salad every day, which was certainly a rarity. Our half-day flyfishing tour was epic fun, and we both caught several fish. (I was a first timer fishing.) The ranch will add a 15% service fee to your stay/food total at checkout, and we find it extremely reasonable. The cabin is comfy, good bed and pillows, and WiFi is slow with no TV. We highly recommend it!

Description on Expedia was not reflective of actual property. Extremely remote location, very isolated. No views to speak of and within the room, no closet, no chair to sit in, no TV.

Nature mixed with modern comforts and great food
We can't recommend Turpin ranch highly enough. Helpful friendly staff, comfortable cabin with king bed and beautiful modern shower/bathroom area. Free hot buffet breakfast, and gourmet 3 course dinners for $40 are a bargain and a great convenience after long day of sightseeing. Located 30 minutes from Teton National park, 90 minutes from Yellowstone. Great for families, well cared for horses and riding, and guided tours available. Stayed 4 nights and lived every minute of it, including several amazing sunsets with Grand Teton range in distance. One of the best values in the whole area. We'll be back!

Great time at Turpin Meadow Ranch
We had a great time. We stayed in the chalet, which had a living room and bedroom on the first floor and a loft with two twin beds on the second floor. The ranch is in a beautiful area, the food is very good and the horses are very well taken care of. We had a great time there. The main lodge is very cozy with a small bar and fireplace in addition to the restaurant area.
