Location is good, however Hotel is so poor.
I would like to say thanks for polite staff, they tried to make it better for our stay, but unfortunately the property is so poor and can’t be classified as Hotel at all.

Everything was so great, starting from the great cooperative staff, via the hygiene to the area if hotel.
I do not believe that one can find any better hotel with such price in Beirut.
It is sooo recommended if your budget is not that high. With no second thought, I will come back in my next visit to Lebanon.
Just one thing I wish that hotel administeration deal with is that big sized pillows, they did not allow for a comfortable sleep. No more issues besides that minor one.

Nice hotel and kind staff
I spent there few days, the hotel is great in comparison to the low fees, it is only 2 minutes from the beach , the staff are so kind (specially Zafer, Hassan and Galal ) and will help you as much as they can , I strongly recommend it for low budget trips and if i returned to lebanon i hope i will go there again.

bad residency
The hotel is very old and need to be thoroughly renovated
The rooms are too small
The beds are also small, old and uncomfortable
There are no wireless Internet in the rooms and this is different as mentioned in the website

Awesome Regis.
We had a great time. The staff made the our Lebanon experience even better than we could have hoped. My friend and I extended our stay we enjoyed the Regis so much. We ended up taking day trips out of Beirut rather than staying days in each city we wanted to visit because we felt so comfortable at the Regis. It's a simple, clean hotel right in between Hamra and downtown, only about a two minute walk from the Mediterranean Sea. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget: great value.

too expensive for this service
The room is dirty.Air condition is aleak. When we take shower, the water became cold quickly. That night I have to go to bed without washing.
In the morning, We was waked up by the noise of machine from building site nearby.
The hotel said they have Wifi. But we can not use it in our room.If we want use it, we should stay in the lobby.
The staff seldom smile to us. When I ask him if there is any bus to the bus station from our hotel,he said there is no bus and I should take taxi.
Of course it is not the truth.
