The place is clean and quiet. Added bonus of fresh towels daily given without requesting for it at all plus just an hour or so drive to Tokyo! Our new favorite place!❤️

Great hotel located on the local train line!
Free WiFi, free delicious coffee, English speaking front desk staff, & comfortable bed. Even though there's a sign outside indicating front desk is on 2nd floor, another sign is needed inside from street entrance on 1st floor. Also, smoking room should have an air filter. An inclusive breakfast would've been appreciated.

The room was much too hot.
The room was extremely hot. The window could not be opened due to construction. The staff could not control the central heating. The door had to be opened to make the room bearable. It was an uncomfortable stay.

Very minimal accommodations
This hotel is inexpensive for Tokyo area, but the room and hotel are very basic. The size of my single room was about 2x2.1 meters (6'x7') and bathroom is perhaps 1.5x1 m. Restaurant is OK, but again very basic. It is clean and kept up well. Noisy in the restaurant in the evenings.

Good hotel for decent price
Served it's purpose. I stayed here with my partner on the way to visit friends. I would stay again if need be, but would look for somewhere more comfortable first.

Affordable ChuuOu with plenty!
I loved staying at this hotel. It is really close to a train station, department store and a 24 hour convenience store. The staff was super kind and the room they gave me had an awesome view. The room's AC is super good, TV was great and the size was big from what my friends had told me. The best thing was the all you can eat breakfast on the first floor! That was the one thing I rely on every day to get me off to a great start. In short, it is everything I would want in a great hotel in Japan.
