We stayed here for 3 nights prior to a cruise. It is a 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal. As noted, it is right next to the entrance to Chinatown and convenient to the Kannai station for transportation. Yes, the room was small, a double bed with one side against the wall and very little space to put your clothes if you want to unpack. There is a small table, an ottoman and space under the desk. I would rather have a small dresser in place of those things. We saw the "2 twins" room and that was much bigger. Should have gone that route. That said, the hotel is modern and clean. There is a hot water kettle in the room, and they have supplies available in the lobby for a variety of tea and coffee. We chose to not have daily room cleaning, however, each day the room attendant left a bag with fresh towels, water, trash bag and other helpful supplies hung on our door. We paid about $62 per night with the yen at 150 to the USD, a very good value.
