We are coming back again
We really liked the hotel. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. We just think the restaurant could have more breakfast options and the acoustic of the room is average. We could hear noises from people on the outside.

Mtc issues and no updates
A brief 2 night stay enroute to a cruise. Booked it for the balcony suite and view. All elevator lights not functioning. Had to use service elevator with long waits. The pool not very well kept up. Hallway lights on sensors so walking in the dark till you hit a sensor. No good restaurants close by.

Boa localização . Quarto de bom tamanho, cama king confortável. Podem não havia papel higiênico no banheiro e a limpeza deixou a desejar… apenas 2 elevadores funcionando em um Prédio de 25 andares! O café da manhã é muito fraco, poucas opções e pouca reposição- em todos os dias houve falta de algum item!

Muito bom. Pecou nos elevadores sem luz por causa das chuvas por uns dias. As toalhas poderiam ser melhores, achei-as desgastadas e um pouco asperas, mas foram trocadas todos os dias. Cafe da manha bem bom. O quarto muito confortável, cama otima, ar condicionado otimo. Atendentes e demais colaboradores muito educados. Localizacao otima. Estacionamento apesar de pago preço muito hom da diaria. Pena nao ter servico de praia. Indico e voltarei.

Bom para estadias curtas.
A estadia foi boa. Na chegada tive problema com o ar condicionado do quarto. Mudei 2 vezes de quarto até encontrar um ar condicionado que estivesse funcionando direito. O hotel estava cheio e por pouco não peguei minhas coisas e fui embora. No final resolveram. O hotel tem um bom conforto e limpeza. Cama, travesseiro e chuveiros são bons. Na espetacular mas condizente com o valor pago. A piscina fica no ultimo andar e tem uma vista bonita.

O hotel é bonito, limpo e cheiroso. Espaços coletivos agradáveis e amplos. O quarto tem uma excelente cama, banheiro e guarda roupa. O lixo e as toalhas são trocados diariamente. A cama é arrumada diariamente. Os atendentes são muito educados e simpáticos.
