Bad experience
Was sent the wrong URL address by Hotels. The deposit needed to be provided in order to receive the code for the keys. We called the Hotel representative but he couldn’t contact the owner of the property and the payment was non refundable, therefore, I had to reserve two rooms at the nearest hotel while we were trying to amend the problem.
We finally resolve the problem by changing the URL address and provided the deposit. Very expensive first day to say the least. Not using Hotels in the foreseeable future either
