I was here for a business trip and was told this was the nicest hotel in the area. The location was convenient, food wasn’t bad, and it was overall a decent experience. Initially, our room smelled like a smoking room so we asked to change and they gladly and quickly changed for us. Service here was fine and I don’t have many complaints. The check deals doesn’t have anyone who speaks English. I had ask a friend to help out. Almost no one speaks dangling at the hotel. Room service order was wrong and they didn’t understand what I wanted. I could go on, but it’s pointless. The hotel is extremely beautiful and the facilities are amazing, but the service is poor. The rooms could do with better cleaning specially carpets and toilet seats.

Very Disappointing.
They say it is a five star hotel. Hotel itself is a beautiful hotel. Beautiful lobby and great river view. I stayed there for a week. My room was on 20th floor and I had to go back down and change the key because kew wouldn't work. Three times ! First night, there was no shampoo. I couldn't turn off the lights few nights. Light switches worked and sometimes didn't work. Room safe didn't work. They have to fix it while I was in the room. And thick dust everywhere. Terrible !
