No check in instruction via email, purchased offer with breakfast - no info to restaurant, took time to avoid extra payment, phone contact - few times call,

There was no communication from the property so when I arrived there was no one to help me. I had to call the number for instructions to check in which isn’t great. The toilet was not cleaned it was stained with urine and poo. The shower cubicle was mouldy. The bedroom and the furnishing and the kitchen supplies were ok. The room was fine for one person. The location is handy for anything around Wilanow.
