Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a Three-Star Experience
We have traveled extensively around the world and have rarely encountered such poor service and unwelcoming staff as we did at this so-called three-star hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from what was advertised. There was no welcome or even a bottle of water offered, despite the 35°C heat. When we asked for help locating a place to buy water, the staff showed no willingness to assist. Basic hospitality seemed completely absent.
The night porter was particularly rude — he scolded us aggressively over a small piece of candy wrapper from their own dish on the front desk. This behavior was not only inappropriate but deeply unprofessional.
Throughout our stay, the staff never greeted us with a simple “hello” or “goodbye.” The atmosphere was cold and indifferent, which made us feel unwelcome.
The hotel facilities were a disappointment as well. The website advertised a lounge and bar, neither of which existed. Our room was extremely small, dated, and lacked proper air conditioning. Instead, there was an old, noisy fan that made it difficult to sleep.
Overall, the hotel felt worn down and outdated, with none of the comfort or courtesy you would expect — even from a modest accommodation.
This was by far one of our most unpleasant hotel experiences, and we would not recommend it!
