We spent about an hour trying to figure out check in. The hotel was not in communication with us and sent no emails. We had to go to a different location to check in which was not on my ticket.

Nice property
Starling was strong in many areas. The housekeeper let his mouth play him out his tip though. I got no towel change either day but still 5 stars. Sat Sri Akal

It was a bit of a hassle to check in. You have to drive to a different location to get the keys. Would be more convenient if they had someone in site

This entire property booking is a scam. Majority of the reviews are the same. No one can access building or get ahold of anyone to access it.There should be a requirement to host a booking that you check in on site, or contactless check in with a door code. Name another bob or hotel short term stay that makes you go office to check in. AND NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. The customer service is awful and based on other reviews they gaslight all the issues to some point. They know what they are doing by requiring check in be at another location and its not in big bold letters. They scam people. don't answer their phone to get back to customers until the booking ends and deny a refund. Expedia should not allow them the platform to advertise this scammy booking. 0/10

Staff was unresponsive, misleading, and rude when they did have to interact with a guest.

There were black curly hairs covering our mattress and sheets. Other people’s old food and garbage was under the bed. Overall incredibly unclean. Horrible experience will not be returning

No parking available in the property to accommodate all the guests, around the property no parking available to park on the street, to many apartments complex around, customer service terrible and you have to check in a different place 2 / e3 miles away from the property, really inconvenient when you are checking in late.

First time in hotel need to throw out trash myself😅。love seat was broken hole in it. Great part of the room is kitchen was equipped and has a stove; I only stay one solo not have a chance to use it .

Attempted to pick up my keys at noon, but room wasn't available that early. Came back at 4:30 and got room key and parking pass, but when I walked into my room it still wasn't ready. Luckily, I found Emily, the maintenance guy, and a cleaning crew member on site. The whole suite was then cleaned, the mattress was flipped over, the bed was made with fresh linens, and the TV was rebooted. Convenient location, microwave & refrigerator worked fine, A/C was OK, and shower was good. Except for a terrible initial impression, this lodging met my expectations. Waterproof mattress covers should be required by the lodging industry.
Not what you hope to witness the first time you walk into your room booked through Hotels.com

Its perfect for a 1 night stay. Didnt like the smell when i walked it but the aircon helped with that. They also let me check in early after speaking to the host.

This property shouldn’t be booked through Expedia. You can’t reach the host and they give you poor instructions on how to check in. There was trash and other peoples food in the cabinets, hair in the bedding, old bedding on pillows in closet, they gave us one key and you have to have one for the power to be on.. nobody likes to sit in the dark or wants to drive to go get another hotel key, also there was only one towel. If it was clean and had some quirks worked out it would be a great unit.
