Excellent vacation
We had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast perfect, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean. Although there's no air conditioning, it wasn't necessary at this time of year because the weather was cold, and we felt very comfortable. The hotel is in a strategic central location, which made it very convenient to get around. It's also very close to restaurants, shops, and boat stops to various destinations.

Ok hotel but nothing more. The chinese family that runs the hotel, also runs a restaurant at another location, and if you ask for recomendation, its always that one, Da Gioia, but its a bad restaurant with lousy premade food, not to be recomended, as there are 100 s of good restaurants in Venice. Internet at the hotel is very bad.

Incredible experience at the hotel, wonderful service, especially by Chiara at the reception desk, who recommended restaurants and always welcomed us with great friendliness and a warm smile. The hotel is in an excellent location, as soon as we got off at the Rialto station, we easily found the hotel, close to good restaurants. The breakfast is also great and has several options. Looking forward to returning.
