We had a great stay here. Super clean cabin. My family of four loved this cabin as it had plenty of room for us all to sleep and play and relax. All three beds even the futon was super comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. This was perfect location as we went to alamosa one day and pagosa the next.

This is a pretty bare bones property inside and out. Half of one wall is the kitchen, complete with a 50 gallon exposed water heater in the corner. The uncomfortable bed with its hard, little pillows is 2 feet away from this. And there is a futon/couch that’s also uncomfortable and difficult to get out which is across the room from the 27” tv mounted high on the wall. There is no closet, just a short shelf behind the door to hang things on. We put our 2 suitcases on the dining table benches so as not to have to put them on the floor. We could also clearly hear the people on the other side of the wall. Our stay started off poorly when I made the mistake of knocking on the office/ residence door to check in and was promptly chastised saying I had received an email with the door code, which I checked again and no email was ever was received. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.
