The hostel was a dump. Furniture and decor from the 90s, the room was very bare and smelled of cigarettes. Beds were not comfortable at all. Shower room tiles were discoloured green, which the recptionist explained wasn't mould but i wasn't convinced. Buffet breakfast was pretty unhealthy and not much. Bread bun and pain au chocolat was limited to one per person. Would definitely not recommend for families, eventhough it was relatively cheap.

The hostel was excellent but my experience was less than fine. They paired me up with an elderly man who smoked in the room in the middle of the night while I was trying to sleep. He would talk in his sleep, snored loudly, and never showered, making the entire dorm stink. After that experience, I was convinced never to stay in a hostel that does not separate people based on age.

Just okay to stay for 1 night.
I am a positive one and I really feel a bit sorry for leaving a negative review. The broken tiles on the floor in the room, the toilet flush was also broken that I have to fix every time my family use it. And also no towels... The light and the whole room is just less than average. Overall, I would rate it 2/5. I mean, I don't hold anything personal against it, there is still room for improvement and maybe at another time it will be better.

Die Personal die Arbeiten in diesem Hotel ist Dieb
Ich war am Sonntagabend in Reception. Ich hab gefragt ob ich darf meine Tasche bei dem Rezeption lassen. Die haben mir gesagt ist kein Problem. Ich habe gesagt okay dann die haben mir eine Papier zum offen mit Name Nachname Nummer von die Zimmer und wie viel Sachen habe ich in der Tasche rein da hab ich gesagt ich habe 850 € dann ich nehme eine Honda und lass ich ne Tasche 750 bei dir und personal in Rezeption hat die Geld gezählt. Gestern um 17:00 Uhr. Ich habe meine Tasche wieder genommen. Ich war noch vorne bei den Mitarbeit. Ich habe meine Taschen geöffnet dann gucke ich ich 300 € ist weg. Ich hab das nicht geglaubt weil ich habe die Tasche beim Personal gelassen ich hab mich geglaubt ich war schockiert es unglaublich, dass jemand im Hotel und die Personal als Diebstahl arbeiten dort Leute aus Deutschland aufpassen aufpassen von dieses Hotel dieses Personal die arbeiten dort

Die Lage ist gut, etwas außerhalb, aber schön im Grünen am Rhein und dennoch kommt man gut mit der Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt rein. Die Jugendherberge ist von den Zimmern und Räumen schon etwas abgenutzt, aber alles ist ok. Die riesige Terrasse mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tischtennisplatten ist toll. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und es wird alles nachgereicht, was leer ist.
