One of the best places I have stayed at in a long time. The beds are very nice. The staff here is amazing..

Good for the price…clean sheets and plenty of towels but mattresses are creaky and noisy, must be old😁
Joseph, 2-night trip

Very close to that boat ramp and relatively safe area

The name of the check-in person at the desk who greeted me was Ash, she was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, polite, smiling, well groomed, efficient and made sure i had everything i needed. My room was absolutely fine, comfy, accessible and clean.

Bargain prices, bargain stay. Nothing fancy, mattress was super thin, stains and holes in everything. BUT, staff was friendly, you can tell everything was clean and wiped down, but it is worn and dilapidated. Nice hot water, fridge and tv worked. We got our moneys worth!

Many rooms were occupied by long term renters with junky stuff outside their doors. Many sat outside their rooms in broken down chairs and partied making it an unnerving evening. It is next to the freeway, I-5 and noisy.
Randall, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good place considering the cost n convenience but sorely lacking in quality of towels n linen

RURAL AREA. THANK YOU

8/10 Very good

Good price right next to a nice little restaurant. Changing ownership and undergoing some renovations so the sign out front doesn't say Kalama. Lighting was not good in the room and the sink barely drained. Fairly convenient between Crater Lake and Ranier.

I will be contacting you guys about a FULL refund. This place was a joke. My spouse and I got kicked out of the hotel and are told to never return all because we had someone try to jump my car because it died over night.

Basic comfort but all you really need
Room has basic needs : bed, table and chairs, TV, free wi-fi, microwave and fridge. Very comfortable and very clean. Don’t expect extras like a robe, iron, extra blanket, hair dryer, coffee, etc. I didn’t need all that so it was priced just right. And, there is an excellent restaurant next door with home style food.
Claire, 1-night trip

Poor condition of the room, phone and tv didn't work.

This property was absolutely disgusting. I had to change out a pillow case the instant I walked in the room it was so dirty. In my moms room there was poop on the towel, I was only provided hand towels No towels for shower, and when asking they were highly rude.

NOT WORTH IT
Absolutely disgusting. Sketchy at best. Mold in the bathroom and the window in bathroom was left wide open with no screen… weird creepy and uncomfortable. Never again

6/10 Good

It’s an old hotel, Elvis stayed here over 60 years ago, and it kind of has an old hotel feel, but with some modern makeover. Not clean or modern enough to feel like a newer hotel, but the changes take from what could’ve been old charm. Got asked for money in the parking lot, which is never a great feeling. Towels are a bit rough, I can here the freeway and when the train passed earlier, at least I hope it was a train, the room shook. It wasn’t expensive, so there is that and there’s a good diner just next door

I realize that the hotel did not cost that much, however we had to go to the lobby to bet toilet paper because there was not any. Also there was no water in the bathroom sink. I was disappointed

It was cheap, so i guess you get what you pay for. The sheets had stains on them, the pillows and sheets had stains from bed bugs, the lock on the door was broken, there was some kind of drug related residue on the night stand. I dont recommend this place at all. It did hedge working ac, tv, fridge, microwave bathroom etc... the staff was ok, no complaints there. The area seemed a little sketchy too. The restaurant next door was surprisingly good though.

Don't waste your money here
Didn't sleep at all!! People upstairs banging on the floor with what sounded like a bowling alley. Couldn't call front desk because no one was there. Bathroom had very little toilet paper and had to go purchase some. Seemed like druggies were staying there as well.

Broken Lamp over the bed, then the power went out in them after about an hour. Shower head that was coming out of the wall. Not to mention the riff raff hanging out. I parked in front of my room so I could watch my vehicle. The cigarette burns on the bathroom sink gave it all away, so stay away. Never again....

Could be worse. Budget stay.
It was ok for a 1 night stay. Bed was actually comfortable, but I also like my beds a bit on the harder side. Room was clean. Only one hinge attached on bathroom door which made it difficult to open and shut. Room has microwave, fridge and AC. It's also next door to a restaurant that serves breakfast. It was. Bit loud the night before. Someone came through in a big truck honking his horn at 11pm. A cop showed up shortly after. Other than that it wasn't to bad for $90.

The room was not acceptable for a handicapped person. I left as 4 30am since I could not use bathroom. The toilet was so low no grab bars could not get my walker. In bathroom. Bed was too high hard t
