Finding the property is not easy; and entry to the room was a bit of a challenge because we arrive around 10:30pm. Once we were in the room, it was modern clean and comfortable. Linen and towels were changed everyday. Staff very friendly and helpful; one evening we couldn’t enter our room with the e-Kenyans one of the staff came within 10 minutes to help us. Most importantly the location was absolutely perfect, centrally located and public transport just outside the building - both metro and bus, including the free 001 bus. I will recommend this apartment for a comnvient and affordable stay to my friends and relatives. Breakfast and dining options are not available here, but there are several choices on Gran Via and the neighborhood.

10/10 we were in Spain for 3 weeks stayed at 4 different hotels/airbnbs and stayed here the last 3 nights of our vacation, the fist thing that stuck out was having complimentary Netflix which I know sounds crazy but after a long vacation it was actually so nice to just watch tv in bed my husband and I were randomly so excited about that haha! The room was so clean ,black out shades, amazing shower and bathroom , it was all around easy,clean and comfortable!

Prefer hotel type atmosphere
If looking for a hotel type stay this is not it. Although room was comfortable and air worked great it lacked the luxuries of a hotel. Coffee you had to go out of room and pay a dollar in a machine to get. No shampoo or crème. In a very busy area. Noisy. If a hotel type stay isn’t what you need I would recommend this place. Super clean and comfortable with cleaning services daily.

I will definitely stay at Woohoo next time I go to Madrid. Don't let the entrance fool you, the moment you enter the hotel it is a completely different experience. It is super clean and comfy. I loved it. Fabiola, the young woman who was kind enough to send me the check in information via WhatsApp, was extremely helpful. In talking to her, I felt I would have no problem making it (My flight was scheduled to arrive pretty late and the receptionists would have been gone by then)

Convenient to everything. The staff was considerate enough to give detailed directions how to locate because this spot was not easy to find; however, there was no staff onsite when we did the check-in, so we couldn't figure out where the extra sheets were, or if they even had comforters/ blankets(the AC worked, that a ). The following afternoon we came back to an ANT problem, again by the time we came back to the room staff was gone, so there was no one to tell. We cleaned it up and woke up to the same problem the next morning. We never ate in the room or brought food back, perhaps the bottle or can from juice or soda that we drank, but it was just my husband and I; we should be able to discard trash without it drawing ants each time. This was a huge and uncomfortable disappointment.
