Leaky Window & No Recycling Containers
While I very much enjoyed my stay, the room was very nice & clean, & the staff I interacted with were all great; there were 2 things I wanted to mention: 1.) During the very heavy rain + very windy conditions on Friday Sep 27th, the window to my room developed a slow leak (as the Hurricane Helene Remnants passed through the area - so I completely understand this was a unique situation & I am not unhappy/upset about it!)... the Manager came & checked my window, informed me there was no-one from maintenance working that day, & asked if I wanted a different room. All of which was greatly appreciated! I chose to stay in the same room because I had already unpacked & spread out all my stuff; so, the manager gave me extra towels to control the leak, which seemed to work. After the manager left, I looked closer at the window myself & it actually did not seem to be fully latched... so I tried to latch it more securely & that + the towels pretty much resolved the issue. 2.) I was surprised by the fact that there didn't seem to be recycling bins in the room or in the parking lot... while this is a fairly small town in relatively rural Indiana (so recycling may not be offered, which I totally understand!), I was still a little surprised! So, these are why the overall score was only 4 stars while the rest were 5, and I am not at all upset by these issues - I just wanted to pass along this info. Thanks for your time!

The hotel was perfect for our trip. Walking distance to several restaurants and very close to the outlet mall. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the buffet breakfast and it was delicious. Great options for everyone and fresh, made to order eggs available. The only negative was they need to replace the pillows. They had no life left in them.

Feels Posh and elegant
We stayed in the King suite with whirlpool tub in the room. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness even of the tub and jets. The room was huge and the wall fireplace was a bonus touch that could either be heating or just glowing for a nightlight with great ambiance. I was soo happy it was a quiet end of the hall and our stay was blissfully uneventful. They called this suite the bridal suite at the front desk and it would be great for that!
