Logo na recepção a atendente Maria Eduarda foi nada prestativa e informou que o interfone não estava funcionando e que qualquer necessidade deveria ser informada direto no balcão. Quando entramos no quarto já foi percebida a falta de zelo em aspectos fundamentais, tomada com fios expostos a o chuveiro com uma crosta de sujeira enorme. A reserva era para casal e existia apenas um cobertor de solteiro, uma toalha de rosto e uma de corpo, somente. Solicitamos na recepção um outro cobertor que foi entregue pela recepcionista com nenhuma cordialidade. A tv só funcionava um canal, a cama horrível, um barulho não identificado ensurdecedor. O café da manhã, por outro lado foi a única coisa boa.

Pelo valor pago na diária, não dá para exigir luxo. No entanto algumas coisas são bem ruins, a cama é terrível, é daquelas que quando senta, e fica pulando! Acho que é do primeiro colchão de mola que saiu no mercado! a segunda coisa que me incomodou muito é aquela banheira pré-histórica toda descascada, se fosse um banheiro normal com chuveiro e box, com ctza agradaria mtos dos hospedes, ou até mesmo todos. A terceira observação são as tolhas, mto ruins, estilo aquelas que hotel dá pra ir sujar na praia. Coisas simples, mas importantes, o resto como aparência, variedades de café da manha, elevador, acho que pelo preço ngm pode reclamar! Mas a cama, chuveiro dentro da banheira e a toalha, poderiam ser bem diferentes.

Decepcionante - Disappointing
O hotel em si estava sujo, elevador com indicadores quebrados, sensores de luz nos corredores quebrados e a internet, anunciada como de alta velocidade, simplesmente não funcionava. Solicitação de travesseiros e toalhas (insuficientes) não atendidas. Cobertor insuficiente para um casal. Funcionários educados, mas infelizmente mal preparados e não podem dar soluções aos problemas encontrados (internet por exemplo). Apesar do hotel oferecer preços atrativos, isso não justifica o não fornecimento de serviços anunciados ou comodidades básicas. The hotel itself was dirty, the elevator had broken indicators, the light sensors in the hallways were broken and the internet, advertised as high-speed, simply did not work. Requests for pillows and towels (not enough) were not met. There was not enough blanket for a couple. The staff were polite, but unfortunately they were poorly trained and could not provide solutions to the problems encountered (internet for example). Although the hotel offered attractive prices, this does not justify the non-provision of advertised services or basic amenities.

O hotel é antigo, com móveis bons e de anos atrás, porém confortáveis! Colchões bons e bons travesseiros, toalhas de banho tinha apenas uma no quarto triplo, o banheiro tbm é antigo achei a pressão da água meio exagerada, estava com bebê então solicitei uma banheira plástica para dar o banho mais tranquila, mas não tinha ! Café da manhã muito gostoso! De maneira geral a estadia foi muito tranquila e positiva!
