The worst hotel room ever
The place was horrible, it was the worst experience regarding price value balance, the wc/toilet was next to the bed, with no door separating both, so you would be siting on the toilet doing your thing, while your couple watches you , same with the shower , we didn't stay , I tried to contact hotels.com but I had no sim card with capability to call a land line I will try to get a refund from this horrible experience

I made a formal complaint about this because this place was a joke, the picture on your website is not of the hotel, it’s of the place across the street, the lights didn’t work in half of the room, your pictures show a shower, but it’s downstairs and it stinks, there was hair in the bed, the never cleaned the bed, the television had no signal, the water was cold and the sink was clogged and then when I complained the guy told me to call booking, they don’t care, she even tried to put me in a room I didn’t pick, and lied and told me it was the room I picked. I already complained to booking and disputed the charges. Because they should not get away with treating people like that. Clean up and put some lights in the hallways.

This place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. It's shabby, rooms are not nice, bathrooms are average. It seemed like there was only one very small toilet and one shower for two floors of rooms. No air con or heating in the room we stayed in. (It was a heat wave in Paris at the time and the room was actually hotter than outside at some points) It didn't feel super safe over all. I also didn't spot any smoke detectors in the rooms or hallways. We left a night early and went somewhere else for our last night in Paris because this place was just not good. However the bed is okay, if you literally just want a bed in Paris for a night then it might do you just fine.

My stay at this Paris hotel was deeply disappointing. The room looked nothing like the pictures online; it was unclean with dingy lighting. The sink was broken, and I was unable to shower. Worst of all, I got bitten by bed bugs, which was incredibly distressing. The overall state of the hotel was poorly maintained and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay in Paris.

Room had no toilet which was not disclosed when I had booked the room. Nor did staff let me know where there was a toilet. I had to look around the whole building and when I finally found one it was a 1m x 1m cupboard filled with spiders and cobwebs. Bowl was also stained brown. This also meant there was no shower in the room and I didn’t know where there was one, staff did not let me know. Luckily I had a friend nearby. The room was confusing, small bed and weird room lay out, however, had nice windows overlooking the Parisian streets. Hard to find as the reception was in what I can only assume is an out of operation cafe. Wouldn’t stay here again but didn’t have a horrible time.

After walking up 4 flights of stairs I was shown the pink, 8'x10' room that I dubbed "my cell". The mattress on the cot was stiff and the pillow felt like a sack of flour. However the sheets were clean. The shared bathroom was small and dingy. And don't forget to bring in your own TP! A mistake I never made again. I was scared to check out the communal shower since I didn't stay long. The staff were friendly to me but while I was going out once, the older woman was screaming at the younger one trying to get her to leave, to the point of picking up a chair and "poking" her out the door, lion tamer style. I think they were mother/daughter but my French isn't that good. For a backpacker on a budget it was adequate. But lower your expectations. It did not match the listing.

Staff is nice but unfortunately the hotel is very dirty. We found Cockroaches in our hotel and the toilets were not cleaned. We also notice the description was wrong of the hotel.

This hotel is the dirtiest one. No hot water in the room. The sink is clogged. The toilet in the room has no privacy. They have dirty shared toilet and shower on the floor. The front desk girl was rude. They never sent anyone to make the water hot. Very disappointing! Expedia should not sponsor that awful hotel.

That place has nothing to do with the pictures shown on various websites. It’s not clean, promises bathtub/shower in some (more expensive) rooms while they are absent, and a complaining customer was served the same type of lies (“under renovation”, “we don’t see the pictures posted on the websites”, “sorry, didn’t know you were told there was a shower in your room” than others. To add insult to injury, the shared shower was dirty and didn’t have hot water… in the middle of winter. A total disgrace
