It is cheap which is what we chose. But the entire building smells like everyone smoked in it. Even though our room was supposed to be non-smoking, it had strong smell of someone chain smoked inside. It got so bad we checked out one day early cuz we can’t stand the smell anymore.

Hotel from hell
This hotel was the hotel from hell, i wouldn’t stay at that hotel even if they gave me money. Keys didn’t work, air conditioner was not working. They moved us to another room and tv didn’t work. The only good thing was Natalia who helped us with everything. But the manager was not to be found not even the following day or by phone. They told she was a new manager, so why take this big responsibility if you can’t have rooms to standards.

This place was okay. Not good. Just okay. As soon as you enter In the lobby, you are hit with a strong cigarette odor. Although, they have signs posted all over the place that they are a No smoking facility. The room was not cleaned as it should have been. Bed boards had splattered spots all over them. The floor was disgusting. The carpet was thick of grime. You can feel it on your feet—no noise complaints. No breakfast. Between a 1-10. I rate it 4.5. I would not stay there again.

Hot AZ 110° with No Working Air Conditioner ;(
My son & I arrived to Phoenix after a 16 hr drive excited to attend the Suns NBA PlayOff game. There were multiple events going on and we were thankful that we had our hotel booked in advance. Upon arrival the front desk advised us that the air conditioning in their facility had been out for a week and they were working on it but it wouldn't be fixed for multiple days. They used a back up generator to run the air units on fan to simply circulate the air. Phoenix was under heat advisory and we had to accept these conditions because there was not any other options and we had been in the car for so long that we needed showers before our event and a place to sleep before continuing our travels. We had to sleep on top of the sheets and we froze wet towels to put on our heads. It was the worst experience of our trip and the hotel said they didn't call to offer options or even inform of the ac issue. The lady simply said well it's not my fault and I can cancel no fee or charge the stay. As a single Mom on the road 16 hours from home with a child I had to accept the hot room for safety concerns. We had no where to go and had the hotel called us prior I could of looked for other options. They gave me no choice but to suffer thru the heat in AZ. This was unacceptable and a huge inconvenience to my family. I really needed comfortable rest to continue my travels and sleeping in a hotel with no AC in a city that has 110° weather was ridiculous. They did not offer box fans either. Sad Stay

Their a/c was down in the middle of summer. The lady at the reception asked if that’s ok and I declined and she said I would get a refund booked via Expedia. I left and checked into a different hotel only for this hotel to tell Expedia that I was a no show. Very bizarre. Months later I’m going to Phoenix and I remember I didn’t give a review. If you experience this same situation, don’t take a refund, just report the hotel to be shut until they fix the a/c.

The manager was nice, but the hotel was horrible. The first room we went to was okay, but the toilet messed up at the first use. We spoke to the manager and he helped us get a different room, but that one had no ac. We asked for help again, and the only option we had was to go back to the old room. Going back and fourth was also annoying.

Okay so the service and front desk employees were great and friendly and property was okay. But the walk from where you have to park to the hotel is a joke and very far and the garage you have to park in is dark and had no cameras and also air conditioner didn't work and we had to ask to move rooms with all our belonging which was frustrating

I dont know how those other reviews slipped in. This place is a last resort hotel. If you can stay anywhere else, you should. The patrons were sketch, the building is old, outdated, shabby. There was debris and trash littered in and around the property. The parking is an unsafe distance and an unsafe walk, i has to make a friend to walk with me, so i wasnt alone. The room was mediocre, best thing going was the fridge. Poor lighting, decor and the AC barely worked. Which is why i was there as mine went out earlier in the day. In all honesty, i get it, those with limited funds would choose this, but you dont have to. The cost isn't worth the experience. Never again
