This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I've stayed in a lot. This is not a giant hotel with lots of staff but a boutique hotel that is run, partially, remotely. That is not an issue whatsoever. Although we checked in very late it was very easy.
I made a mistake on my booking which the hotel sorted out for me very kindly.
Rooms were decorated to a very high standard. Overall the hotel is very charming and very well located.
The breakfast was a high standard of the continental style. There was an excellent selection of choices and was excellent in quality. I particularly enjoyed the coffee.
My wife and myself were on our honeymoon, stopping at 4 different cities over 2 weeks. Although nowhere near the most expensive we both agreed this one was our favourite.
I'm always a bit wary of gushing reviews because I wonder if they're true or not. I've therefore racked my brains to cone up with something bad to say.... The worst thing is that the lift/elevator is a bit slow.! Lol.
A wonderful hotel. You won't go wrong staying here. 10 out of 10.
