Morning staff at reception not friendly at all and no English skills. Nearby construction site created a lot of noise since early morning. Room very big for Japanese standards and modern. However cleaning service is not offered daily.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was really comfortable and enjoyed the set up of the room. There was a bit of noise when other guests used the bathroom above. I wore ear plugs and could sleep okay. Not the most central location but was walkable to Namba.

Absolutely in love with this hotel, and especially our master room! Exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. Super spacious, clean and cozy. Such a comfortable place and relaxing vibe. Loved the traditional Japanese minimalism and modern fusion of the interiors. Super close to Dotonbori and Namba station. The receptionist was the loveliest ever, as she genuinely cared on helping us reserving a spa day out! Will definitely come back to this hotel and will highly recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

This place is a good 15-17 minute walk from Namba station so it's good in that it's in a much more quiet neighborhood but just know that you'll be getting your steps in when walking to and from the station and its surrounding busy neighborhoods. I love walking so not a problem for me but if you like being really close to the action, you may want to find something closer to the station. Very cute room and super nice staff.

The standard room is fairly compact but so much more comfortable and charming than a business hotel. Much of the floor space is dedicated to the large queen bed. The large glass doors to the balcony help to make the space feel open and let in plenty of light during the day. The space isn't suited for large luggage but I found room to unpack my carry-on. The bathroom and shower were clean with some elegant fixtures. It is a few minutes walk to the nearest convenience store and several more minutes to Namba station, but I never felt inconvenienced. There is a lot to do in Den Den Town, and it's situated about halfway between Namba station and the Shinsekai market, so that area is easily accessible as well. Amenities were conveniently placed outside the elevator, easy to grab on the way back to your room. The neighborhood is quiet and I slept great each night.

Good service with spacious room. We booked a loft for 2 pax but the loft could support 4 sleeping comfortably as they provided 2 extra beds. Clean, spacious and lovely interiors. Friendly and polite staff. Do note that you have to inform them to make up your room the night before. Location wise, it is situated near Den-Den Town, an electronics and anime district. It is also within walking distance to Shinsekai down south and Nipponbashi & Dotonbori up north. Convenient and you will find many shops once you navigate to the main streets. It is also near Kuromon Market, where you can try out a variety of seafood. There are many coin laundries and convenience shops around as well! Overall, a pleasant experience in a quiet neigborhood.

quiet location, 10 mins walk from namba station nice hotel design and conditions are fairly new as they only opened last year clean up service is not available everyday unless you request a day in advance pick up the amenities you required from the lobby, no cotton pad though overall pleasant experiences but we would expect more from a 4 stars hotel
