Beautiful hotel with large rooms. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel is 8 minutes walk from station. Not many places to eat in immediate vicinity.

A great property. Very nice rooms and a friendly staff. Has a family mart attached to it and a bus and team stop right outside the door.
Only downside is not many restaurants in the area but it is only a short public transit ride to many other great areas.

High standard hotel
Located close to the tram stop two rides from the station transport hub. A very well run Hotel with professional and friendly staff.
Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed, kettle, fridge and functional bathroom.
Breakfast is served in a spacious dining room with great views of Nagasaki, the breakfast choices were amazing, both traditional Japanese or Western all of a very high standard.
We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation to recommend and using again on future trips.

The breakfast was spectacular and diverse offering Japanese and western foods. The hotel is a grand scale and setup for big wedding parties. The beds were a bit hard for our taste.

Beautifully maintained hotel with historic character. Staff very helpful and courteous. Convenient to take platform 5 bus from airport and get off on Takaramachi stop. Then walk across bridge over street. It was a little bit awkward to move our luggage up and down bridge stairs but manageable and hotel is right there. Train station is about 10 min walk.

Great location and nice big room for 3
The room was spacious for 3 pax with 3 separate beds. We had a northern view of the valley in the direction of the atomic museum.
It’s a business hotel, so it has high standards of service. Staff do understand English but don’t speak it well, so may have some communication issues.
It’s possible to walk from the train station but a taxi ride would cost just 670yen, so may be worth if you are tired.
The location is between the train station and the northern attractions such as the museum and other things related to the atomic bombing. There is also a very nice shopping mall called Cocowalk. They all accessible by trams or walking (all within 2km).
The hotel is also connected to a 24hr Family Mart which was really convenient too.

In need of renovation. Not an ideal location
This hotel is under renovation & my room was in need of renovation. Water leaked from Bathroom. Water leaked from faucets in a living room. No temperature control. Bed was rather hard.
No lunch was available. Many hotels available near the train station. I will not recommend this hotel

Convenient and comfortable
Convenient and near Nagasaki station and bus stop. Furnishing looks rather old but we are alright with it. Room is big and spacious. Staff are very helpful.
