Hotel has a wonderful offers to eat in .. discount of alcohol /Combo offers / dessert 50% after 5 pm. The rooms are spacious, best hotel to stay with kids as they have many activities throughout the day,some are chargeable. Hotel shuttle is available to the center. U can book sightseeing tours from outside on the street. Ao nang landmark market has good restaurants as well... And activities for kids.

Nice hotel.
We really enjoyed our trip to this hotel. We had a very nice swim up room which was ideal as it was well away from the children’s pool. The children’s pool could get very noisy. The hotel is very modern and is in a lovely position and it was easy to get to the night market and to the various boat trips that we wanted to go to from the hotel the staff were excellent. One slight criticism is that the staff kept turning the music up very loudly both at the children pool and generally.

Really enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good but ordering room service was not that great as it’s difficult to keep food hot across such a large resort. Staff were really great and worked hard to meet guests needs. Tours from the resort were reasonably priced when compared to outside tour providers.

Property is at a great spot, right next to the beach and night market. Rooms are pretty subpar for the cost they offer. Overall the room amenities look old. The restaurant on the premise isn’t all that great either.

Good standard, but like a discotec from 11am - 7pm
The hotel and personell where very helpful, and the room and area was very nice and updated. We had a family pool room, and Unfortunately it was close to the pool bar, Which had very loud music from around 11am - 7pm. Outside we need to scream to each other to hear what we Said. We did inform the personell and they should but the music down, they did for quite short time before it was loud again. Even indoor with doors closed we need to chat loud to speak to each other, this was not good and family friendly at all. We could change room for our last night, but I am not sure if this would help since the music was way to loud for a family area. We paid a lot of money for the pool room, so this was very disappointed, we would definitely not choose this hotel again due to load music. Fits better for couples wanna go partying in Thailand, but thats out opinion.

Stayed for 2 weeks and this hotel is exceptional! Brilliant staff, we had a sicky night with the kods and their help was amazing, brilliant service, especially Guy at the swim up bar, kids always asked if we were going to see Guy today! Cleaning team were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. We had a swim up room which made it extra special. Would definitely stay again if in Ao Nang without a doubt.
