The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The outside are and lobby/ bar area was welcoming . The hotel was very peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel looked nice. Staff was nice. They did have a security guard, not sure why they need one. The cleanliness of the room was bad. Multiple stains on the couch that were very questionable. Stain on the blanket on the bed. Dishes they provide were dirty. Had it been clean this place would get a much better rating

I feel like this location is overrated and overpriced for the quality. This hotel is nice but our bathroom was not clean enough and in disrepair. It may be my fault but got an accessible room and shower bench took up most of shower. No towel holders. Ant on bed. Just wish they would do better because it’s hard to find hotels on busy Auburn weekends.

Auburn move in
We booked two King suites with kitchen rooms for our family for our daughter's Auburn move in. While the room was very large and very nice with a kitchen, there were some sugar ants in our room. We also had a large roach in one of our rooms and noticed there must be a roach problem because we encounter several dead ones in the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. But, the evenings were very crowded with construction type workers taking over the night time buffet.

Just don’t!!
The check in was easy and everyone was so nice. When we got to our room (around 10:00 p.m.) we bc we’re exhausted. The air wasn’t/didn’t cool well and it’s terribly hot in Alabama in August. Tried sleeping but there was someone running up and down the halls above us ALL NIGHT!! Woke up tired and ready for a hot shower only to realize half of the glass sliding doors wasn’t even there and the shower curtain hung in its placed leaked all over the floor!! There were two of us staying and only had two towels in the room so there was no way to get the floor dry!!
