The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, which was a major plus. The staff surprised my sister with a thoughtful birthday treat, including chocolates and decorations, which was a lovely gesture.
The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and ample cutlery was very convenient, making our stay even more comfortable. Having two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the common room, was a nice touch.
The elevator was a great convenience, especially when carrying luggage. However, there were a few downsides. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and tended to slide, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the exhaust in the apartment was not clean, and the washer was out of order for the entire duration of our stay, which was inconvenient. Cleaning is scheduled once a week so our room was not cleaned the whole time thst we were there.
