I have NO idea how this hotel got its current rating. The site does not disclose that there are no main level rooms, and all rooms require stairs to access them.
There was no person in the front lobby to check me in; it was done by kiosk. There was a slight delay between the visual and the sound. My overly exhausted brain could not reconcile the delay enough to understand the extremely strong accent of the person on the other side.
By the time I got myself checked in and pulled all my luggage up the stairs (I have mobility issues, so that was a problem) I was so tired, I just wanted a shower, collapse into bed and watch some mind numbing TV. I got into my room to find that my curtains didn't fully close, and there was a streetlight shining directly into it. The TV remote didn't work, and the person at the kiosk didn't provide the wifi password, so I couldn't use my tablet. About the only good thing I have to say about the hotel, is that the bed was reasonably comfortable.
I very rarely leave negative reviews about places I stay, but this one definitely deserves one.
