I had to check in on a kiosk. No real person at desk. Went to room and it had bot been cleaned. Bed was unmade. Had to go back to front to get a new room. We did get upgraded to a new room. Was somewhat newly remodeled and clean but the beds were absolutely horrible. Hard as a rock. My whole body hurts from one night there. Definitely would'nt recommend due to the uncomfortable beds.
